CG Power and Industrial Solutions Limited, part of the Murugappa Group, has secured a landmark export order worth approximately ₹900 crore (equivalent to $99.2 million) from Tallgrass Integrated Logistics Solutions LLC, USA. This significant contract involves the supply of advanced power transformers destined for a large-scale data center project in the United States. The deal is a major strategic breakthrough for CG Power, marking its formal entry into the rapidly expanding global data center segment. This achievement is particularly notable as it represents the largest single order ever won by the company, underscoring its expanding global footprint and export-led growth strategy. The power transformers are specifically engineered to meet the stringent reliability, efficiency, and uptime requirements critical for hyperscale data center operations. All design, manufacturing, and testing for this order will be executed from CG Power's state-of-the-art facilities located in India, showcasing the country's engineering capabilities and advanced manufacturing infrastructure. The delivery of these transformers is scheduled over a period of 12 to 20 months, with shipment terms specified as FAS Mumbai Port.
