The Nexon maintained its position as the highest-selling model in Tata's portfolio, registering 19,375 units and a commendable 43% year-on-year growth. The Punch micro-SUV also performed strongly, securing the second spot with 15,980 units sold. Other key models like the Tiago and Altroz showed healthy year-on-year gains of 16% and 54% respectively. Notably, the newly launched Tata Sierra made its first appearance in the sales charts with 291 units recorded as initial dealer dispatches. Customer deliveries for the Sierra are slated to commence from January 15, 2026, following its launch in November 2025. The Tata Curvv, which was launched in August 2024, registered 1,104 units in December 2025, experiencing a 78% year-on-year decline. Electric vehicle sales, a crucial segment for Tata Motors, also saw a robust increase of 24.2% to 6,906 units in December 2025. Overall, Tata Motors' December 2025 sales reflect sustained consumer confidence and a strong market position, especially within the SUV and EV segments in India.
