First Supermoon and Quadrantid Meteor Shower Coincide on January 3rd

The first full moon of 2026, dubbed the 'Wolf Moon' and also a Supermoon, coincides with the peak of the Quadrantid meteor shower on January 3rd. While both celestial events occur simultaneously, the bright moonlight will significantly hinder visibility for the meteor shower.
